All clients with valid health care cards can enter into our treat now, pay whenever program. 

This is a program based on Livi's personal ethics and faith in our community to do the right thing. There is a little bit of learning to make this system work, but it will get you your treatment upfront without any out of pocket cost. Please note your local provider cannot set this up for you and if you don't set it up yourself you will be charged for your session, and that makes all of us sad.

 

No one will chase you for your unpaid bills. Its an automated honour system. Livi is paying your provider upfront for your treatment, and you pay her back when you can, as you can. She does not make money on this, if you dont repay it, she loses even more. She does this because she's a bleeding heart with terrible business acumen who is trying to use capitalism to fight capitalism.

With that said. If too many people take advantage of this offer, we will eventually have to stop offering it, and that hurts everyone, so please do read the instructions below carefully and pay it back when as as you can, even if its just a dollar a week.

If you need treatment, but cannot afford it. Please follow these instructions. 

 

1) Book your paid sessions under 'pay offline' at the checkout.

 

2) Copy these bank details and save them to your online payee list.

3) When you make a payment, put in your details under this proforma.

This example would denote a person with the surname Smith, who was born in 2002, having paid $45 towards their discounted full body laser (which costs $292).

The required Invoice number will be automatically generated and emailed to you after your session. Please check you spam folders! It will have a due date on it, please ignore it.

4) After you have had your paid session, please send a minimum of $1 immediately to this account as soon as you receive your invoice. Our system tracks who opens their invoices but doesn't pay into them. If you view the invoice, but don't pay into the system, the automations will not be able to begin tracking your future payments and we will not be able to offer you this program. (Livi also receives an alert and will be upset with you.). If you pay $1, the robot will see you and you are all good to go <3 <3

5) Pay into this account whenever you can, adjusting the numbers on the proforma as you go. You can book as many sessions as you need, there is no time limit on when repayments need to be made, only a maximum amount owed - at which point Livi will have to stop offering the service.

 

Currently this is capped at $25,000. If the total of people not paying into their TNPW plans across Australia reaches this number, we'll will have to stop offering it until it has been paid off. Again, Livi makes no money of this arrangement, its lots of extra work and liability she risks because she really really fucking wants to help struggling trans girls across the country. Please do your part to keep things accessible for others and pay for your treatments when you can.
