We believe in full transparency of our business model.

Our goal in this is simple. We want to minimize overhead costs as much as possible, so that there is no incentive or requirement to extract as much money from our clients as possible. Transition is expensive enough without having to feed more of our lives into the capitalist furnace.

As such;

1.  All of the equipment used by Live More is paid off and owned by the company. There is no leveraging of equipment, no minimum quota of sales need to be made to offset interest rates, no shareholders to appease.

2. Our business director, Livi, is not a vicious greedy ghoul out to buy a private island. She is a Perth based transwoman who strongly believes the genderqueer community deserves better, and is willing to put her money where her mouth is. She can be contacted directly via this website and will always strive to get back to people.

3. All treating staff work as subcontractors, and are paid a percentage of every booking fee. This fee is generous and represents an annual income far higher than traditional employment. Our contractors have full freedom to make judgement calls regarding discounts and pricing, with the loss of income coming out of the Live More Body Corporate end, not their own. In doing this, our staff are incentivised to err on the side of kindness, knowing there is no soulless corporate overlord demanding number go up at all costs regardless of mental health and financial wellbeing of practitioners and clients alike.

4. We do not maintain a dedicated customer service team. Bookings can be made and cancelled entirely online, all of our systems are automated. We keep a complaints line and a query line open, but all bookings themselves can be entirely self-managed without needing to contact another human. We find this is especially helpful for the many girls in our community who struggle with mental health. Cancel and reschedule yourself as much as needed. We will never hold being a human who struggles sometimes against you. You are always safe, always welcome. 

5. We will always offer full refund for change of mind, or inability to access services. If you buy a session, and before your session, suddenly lose your job, or have a car accident or a breakup that puts you in a financially strained position, please either cancel online or contact us - we will -always-, -ALWAYS- refund you as soon as possible.
