Cancellation Policy
****Don't Forget to check your spam folder!! If you are a new patient, a separate email with new patient forms to fill will be sent to you. Filling them out 24 hours (so as to be approved by our insurer) is absolutely necessary. Any bookings without forms may be automatically terminated by our system! **** For Laser*** hair removal please ensure you have shaved the areas to be treated the night before the procedure. We're happy to shave any areas on the day at no extra cost but it can only be done during the booked time - but we may not finish in time as a result. You are free to cancel any time without incurring any additional charges. You will be refunded the price or token paid for your session to allow you to reschedule yourself as necessary. We understand life happens sometimes and don't want you to feel even more pressured when times get desperate.
